The Humboldt Parks and Recreation Department plans, acquires, develops and maintains high-quality parks to beautify and enhance the City of Humboldt. It is the purpose of the department to provide excellence in programming, staff and facilities to meet the community leisure needs. The Humboldt Park Board is a five member board of elected officials who oversee the City of Humboldt’s park properties. Members serve four year staggered terms. Volunteer coaches are needed for all youth sports! Call 332-5447 to volunteer or to register for programs.
