Humboldt County has more than just locational assets. The Humboldt County Development Association (HCDA) is a not-for-profit corporation organized to enhance the economic health of Humboldt County. HCDA’s goal is to promote, stimulate, develop, and advance the business prosperity and economic health of the Humboldt County area. HCDA’s Board of Directors and its committees seek to be a resource for existing business, to recruit new business to our area, and to be proactive in commercial and value-added agriculture projects.

Mission Statement:

The Humboldt County Development Association is a non-profit corporation organized to enhance the economic health of Humboldt County. The ultimate goal of the organization, through coordination and facilitation, is to promote, stimulate, develop, and advance County prosperity and economic health of its communities and its citizens.
